A number of young people working with 'Our Voices' project partners have been involved in consultations to provide feedback on the draft child-friendly version of the Council of Europe Convention on Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse, also known as the Lanzarote Convention.
The girls and young women from the UK and Albania recommended some changes and provided suggestions to make the text more accessible and attractive to other children and young people. The young people also came up with a number of concrete ideas on where and how the child-friendly version could be disseminated with children and young people across Europe.
